Shipping: Our shipping charges are as follows:
 
$0.00-30.00 = $3.99
$31.00-70.00 = $5.99
$71.00-110.00 = $7.99
$111.00-149.99 = $9.99
$150.00 Plus = FREE
 
Twinkle Boutique’s shipping rates apply to orders shipping within the United States and Canada. Please select "local" for shipping options if you would like to arrange pick up and/or hand delivery. We are pleased to offer this FREE option for our local customers!  We are sorry but we do not offer shipping to other areas out side of the US and Canada at this time.
 
We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order.  The shipping carriers that we may use are United States Postal Service (USPS) or United Parcel Service (UPS).  Orders shipped via Standard Shipping typically arrive in 3-8 business days.  We will contact you via email as your items ship. 
 
If you need your order shipped out via over-night or express, please contact us for arrangements and pricing.  Not all items will be available for expedited shipping but we will do our very best to accommodate you. 
 
~Please note the following~
Your account is charged at the time you submit your order.  Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing orders.  We receive all payments via Paypal. Please note that you do not need an account with paypal to complete the transaction.
 
Please allow up to two business days for order processing.  To better serve our customers, we recommend that you send your inquiries via email through our contact page. Our response time will be within 24 hours, with the exception of weekends and holidays.  

~Return Policy~
Due to health and sanitation reasons, jewelry is FINAL SALE.  Handbags, Pillows, and Accessories, offer 100% customer satisfaction guarantee.  If the product does not meet your expectations we offer a full refund within 7 days of your delivery date.  Exchanges only within 7 days of purchase date.  Returned items must be in new condition with tags on and in original packaging.  Any sign of wear or usage will result in termination of the return.  Shipping charges are non-refundable.  The customer is responsible for shipping back to us and for any re-ship fees.  We can not be responsible for lost or stolen packages in the mail and therefore suggest you insure or keep proof of tracking information for your package.
 
~Special Offers~
Twinkle Boutique will occasionally offer special promotional discounts and offers. To take advantage of special offers, discount codes must be entered during the check-out process.  If the code is not entered, the discount will not be applied.  Discounts can not be applied after the order is placed.  Please email customer service to see if the discount can be applied or extended to a future purchase.
